Fitted very well, although the base of the battery didn't fit the battery tray clamps as well as the original. They fit well enough to keep the battery secure though. The ridges around the base of the battery are thicker than the OE battery.
Output current appears to be nice and strong (as you'd expect from a new battery, but still nice to see on one so inexpensive). It has no problems turning the engine over, and fully illuminates the headlights and powers all the electrical gizmos in the car well enough that there's little difference to when the engine is running. It's so good I had to convince myself the alternator was actually working.
As for the service provided by Tayna, superb. I ordered at 2pm and had the battery the next day.
Under £50 inc. VAT and next day delivery, you can't complain. Especially when the product appears to be as good as 'premium' products. |

battery arrived in double quick time,i put it on trickle charge before fitting in case it had been in stock for a while.after 6 hours charger was still showing a rate of 2.5 amps, but had to fit to car and now is working fine. still a bit concerned about this possible high resistance, but time will tell.
good bit- more c/amps than halford's version and £25 cheaper! will definitely come back when i need a new one for my old cadillac. many thanks for great service.
p.s. although this battery is not as long as the alfa one it clamps in position fine and the top circuit board attatchment fits o.k.too.
