Your enquiry line people were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately a substitute battery was sent of a slightly lower capacity and a lower quality. After I complained, Mr Taylor contacted me and offered to replace it with the correct battery but at the lower price of the substitute one and admitted an error had been made. This turned up on the day promised and the other was taken back.
Overall I’m very impressed with the recovery that was made and I would recommend your company to anyone.
