Excelent next day service. I charged overnight and used the scooter next day. OK so far, I cannot rate the batteries until they have been in use for some time but so far no problems.

Your staff were polite, helpful and efficient. I haven't checked to see if the VAT refund has been credited to my Credit Card - i haven't done so because I am confident in the word of the gentleman who assisted me. The only thing 'missing' was the velcro tape to fix the batteries in place - this easily transferred from the old batteries. Finally the delivery was as prompt as you promised. I live on the side of a fairly steep hill so it is not surprising that the batteries do not last as long as the manufacturer suggests, therefore I expect to be calling on your services in 18 to 24 months time.
