Sent the WRONG battery for my Jeep Grand Cherokee despite checking/double checking with sales supervisor before ordering.! Not only did I have to return the battery but I had to drive 4.5 miles to a garage which supplied and fitted the CORRECT battery- also EXIDE! Just goes to show that they DO NOT know what they are doing! It gets better: there is no free return guarantee- despite the fact that it was THEIR ERROR-and all they do is direct you to a website Parcel2Go and tell you to make and pay for your own arrangements! Utter waste of time and expensive- especially when you add the cost of the return courier which was £15! AVOID!

Bought to replace the original 12v utilities battery on a Kangoo ZE. The battery lease requires that the 12v original battery is replaced on a time basis. This Exide battery has been working 3 years now perfectly well and hasn’t given any problem. The 12v battery on this electric vehicle is only charged when the main traction battery is charged from the mains. Between those charging sessions the 12v battery powers everything else - all lighting including headlights, the heated rear window, the ventilation fan. This Exide is a premium battery and well up to the task. Have bought Exide from Tayna before and will continue to do so,
