Normally, when ordering a product from the internet one expects to have to chase delivery and get the excuse "Well it is far too cheap so why should you expect good service?" Or feel that what is written behind the lines of the excuses. It is therefore with much pleasure that within less tha 24 hours, a telephone call to yourselves resulted in the correct batteries being identified, removed from stock, recharged, dispatched and delivered. I shall be making you my first point of call for lead-acid batteries again next time.
