I ordered a12v Exide battery. When I went to fit it one cell was leaking battery acid. The package had clearly been dropped in transit. I reported this to Tayna who returned my money within two days. An excellent 1st class response. I give 4 stars only because the packaging could have been stronger. If the battery was stood on a small wooden plinth with a low surround this may not have happened. It would also protect the package handlers from acid spills like this.
