This was for a Moody 346 sailing boat. The battery was not as wide a s the previous one, but the polystyrene packaging was used to pack it into the battery box. Good service, I will but another one when I replace the No 2 battery.

Nice friendly phone chat and advice given when placing order. The battery arrived the next day as promised and works 100%. The only (very slight) down side, it I would prefer to pay via PayPay as I feel it's more secure than giving my card number to each company I deal with.

Excellent service, batteries ordered on Monday and delivered Tuesday well packaged and protected. Also friendly, efficient and accurate advice when contacted on the Monday prior to placing the order. When I was ready to place the order I asked for the same person as I spoke to earlier and he returned my call within five minutes. A real change from the computer answering systems encountered with many other suppliers.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Although the battery did not arrive on schedule (due to the inability of the carrier to overcome some minor snowfall), I was assured that this would not affect the battery condition. Upon arrival, the goods were in excellent condition and very well packed and protected. I will certainly use Tayna in the future and recommend their services.

Your phone advice was most helpful, so I ordered online at 10.34 a.m. - the battery was dispatched 10.57 a.m. and delivered the following afternoon in East Scotland - excellent prompt service! The battery was a bit dusty and did look as if it had sat on a shelf for some time, but you've reassured me that it has the full 3-year guarantee, so I'm very pleased overall.

Your enquiry line people were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately a substitute battery was sent of a slightly lower capacity and a lower quality. After I complained, Mr Taylor contacted me and offered to replace it with the correct battery but at the lower price of the substitute one and admitted an error had been made.
