More safety
The special labyrinth lid with central vent provides effective backfire protection. At the same time, the sophisticated, plugless lid construction serves as an important protection against leakage thanks to its high level of tilt resistance. This additional safety feature is enhanced still further by the closed system, making servicing faults a thing of the past.

Longer service life
The interaction of the calcium-silver alloy, optimized grid construction and labyrinth lid reduces the water and electrolyte consumption to a minimum. The result is an extremely low self-discharge, increasing the storage capacity to up to 18 months.

More comfort
The water consumption, which is well below the European (EN) standard, makes the VARTA SILVER dynamic absolutely maintenance-free. No need to top up the water, no routine checking, no recharging: the pre-filled and charged batteries are immediately ready for use on leaving the works. In addition, the VARTA SILVER dynamic High Performance has the PowerCheck feature, the tool-less way to monitor the state of charge.

The Varta was a direct replacement for the BMW OE battery, slotted straight in if you ignore the boot dismantling that BMW designed in. Delivered next day and very well packed, will certainly order from Tayna again.

What a difference - After fitting this I realised that my old Varta battery, which was a 10 years old original fit, must have been struggling for the last couple of years of its life. It's been fitted for a couple of weeks now, through all the recent cold weather. I've had all the electrical goodies on during short trips and it spins the engine over with the greatest of ease. Very pleased. Also excellent service from Tayna.

Battery arrived in protective packaging when stated even though there was snow everywhere. I fitted it myself following the Tayna website instructions (extra battery and jump leads so that radio code and clock settings were not lost). Car started perfectly.

This is the second Varta battery have bought from Tayna and the price and delivery are 2nd to none. I will always try them first for all battery requirements. This was fitted to a Mercedes E320 estate and so much cheaper than buying through Mercedes.

Battery was delivered as promised, but shame about the battery type, may be the one I have got is batter? (H3, Silver instead of Blue). Tayna ltd delivery Excellent. Price same as others.
