| Excellent service! Price was the best on the internet (and high street!) and delivery was as promised. BUT I should have been warned that I would lose the radio code if I disconnected the battery. It did not occur to me as my first thought was to get the car running again. Surely there is a way to connect some jumpers to the batteries so connectivity is not lost. Otherwise, very very pleased with service. | ||

One minor down side though, the battery has been "dumped" in front of my door and the delivery service didn't bother getting in touch with the concierge to arrange for a proper collection of the goods whereas they actually needed to use the concierge to get access to my building already). | When it comes to servicing cars, I only do stuff reluctantly, but I wasn't paying high street Prices to get a battery fitted. Tayna's ordering process was easy and the battery turned up in about 2 days. Excellent work! As for the battery itself it was a doddle to fit, and even came with a pair of disposible gloves to protect my lilly white hands. If I ever need to change a car battery again, I will certainly use both Tayna and choose a Varta. | ||
