Ordered and paid for in stock on the basis of next day delivery. When it didn't arrive I phoned 2 days later to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel and would have to wait until it was delivered and then return it to get the refund. The day after I phoned again and was told there was no delivery date set but would cancel and refund immediately. Pathetic
