| Delivery very good, packaging a bit excessive in this 'green age' but maybe it was recycled? Instructions were very clear. Charged battery overnight and fitted next day. |

Very happy with my purchases. Did not read all the reviews and i did not know that the battery would be delivered dry, but the battery acid was provided and it was very simple to prepare the battery to be installed. Overall i am happy with the battery and the quick delivery (1 day from order). I will recommend Tayna to everyone.

The battery did not arrive the next day as expected, but did not pay for next day delivery so can't complain!
the battery was very well packaged, it has good build quality, very clear instructions and the filling-up process was completely trouble-free. It charged up nicely and has a good cranking power. Will need to see how it performs when not fully charged but so far I'm very happy with it. |

| Tayna asked me to review this battery but I don’t think I can do that until it has been used for a while. Instead i will give advice on Tayna service. I ordered the incorrect battery first and when I realised the mistake Tayna were brilliant in correcting it. It was my fault really; I did not follow the instructions fully when ordering the battery by checking measurements first. They were 1st class in sorting it out, told them about the error on the Friday and they arranged for incorrect battery to be collected and correct battery to be delivered on the Monday. I did incur a small charge for this but the service made up for that, bear in mind that it was my fault the wrong battery came first! Well done for good customer service, i would use Tayna again without doubt. |
