Battery was fine, delivery speed good, price very good; packaging awful due to polystyrene, as previously complained about. It should be banned! Can't be recycled, it's messy, won't biodegrade and there are better alternatives. I shall be questioning packaging before I buy from you again. If polystyrene, I won't be buying from you, even if it costs a bit more from someeone else. * TAYNA RESPONSE * Thanks for taking the time to review our products. We collect our polystyrene from local businesses, saving it from going to landfill. We agree that it's not the most environmentally friendly material, but we are using recycled material. We are currently trialling cardboard alone as a packaging material. If successful this will be adopted as our only packaging material.
