Excellent customer service which Tayna always provide and supported by their chosen courier. I selected a battery much bigger capacity than needed for my car but this Exide battery was also suitable size for my diesel van in an emergency.

When you receive your battery it s sealed for shipping. You have to take out one sealing plug. The information supplied is confusing because it says take out all plugs. There are two plugs, one red, one black. It is the red one only that should be removed. Difficult to review the battery at the beginning of its life. How long will it last? You should ask after 4 or 5 years.

Battery 5 stars, Tanya 1 star Battery great. Paid extra for next day delivery, but it took 2 days. DHL (courier used by Tanya) told me it would take the extra day so soon after ordering that I think they know they cannot provide the service they claim to certain parts of the country. Also used the link on the Tanya website to WhoCanFixMyCar.com to find a fitter. It was rubbish at listing garages willing to fit batteries not supplied by them. Found a local garage myself.
