Battery arrived what seemed almost instantaneously and exactly as promised. Additionaly, it was very well boxed for safe and damage free handling by the couriers. It was a treat to have such an item delivered to the door and at a much better price than achievable locally.

Shortly after I placed my original order I realised I had made a mistake and called Tayna to explain the situation. They immediately cancelled the order and refunded the payment pending me placing a new order; there was no question of any form of exchange, just an understanding of a mistake. I corrected my order a couple of days later and the 'new' battery arrived the following day. So, would I recommend Tayna? Without hesitation. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely.
