dose what it sais on the lable, have been using for some time now with 48w solar panel and Tanya 110ah leisure bat, the usint performs well, could do with visual feedback of function, charge/charged indicator perhaps, i checked regulaly with multimeter and now im happy with its functioning it just gets left alone.
