I honestly could not have been more pleased.

I searched the internet for options and found the Tanya website. I phoned my order through at about 3.30pm,the salesperson was ecceptionally helpful.

I heard a knock my door at 8.30am next morning and the battery was deliverd.

One hour later it had been fitted into the vehicle and had a full charge.

Superb service and I saved a lot of money too. Thank you.

Next day delivery and works perfectly. Not as tall as the existing battery, so I had to pad out the holding bars with a couple of nuts each as the threads didn't extend down far enough. Air ducts above battery are easily removed - just push out the centers from the clips at the front and the other end just pulls off. Goes back just as easily.

Old battery went bad overnight got the correct fit from a request to Tayna. The battery delivered in couple of days, fitted all is back to normal. Old battery was 8 yrs old so hope the Numax does as well.

One star "witheld" because a) the fitment guide information online was not adequate to make product choice without contacting and b) when contacted whilst responsiveness was excellent each time took a couple of iterations to accurately get the answer I needed in order to choose the product. Excellent to see that the accuracy of onsite information is part of the continual upgrading process as part of this survey/feedback. Car requires 2 batteries so cost becomes a clear consideration. I found Tayna to offer good value and sound advice. I was particularly happy with the speedy delivery.
I am aware that BMW specify 65AH for this vehicle but Imagine most would err towards 72-75AH 096's.

This was a battery for a Ford Transit Mark 2 Horsebox for which a previous owner had a battery that was too small. The Numax battery supplied by Tayna fitted and worked exactly as expected

the battery I received was the the one I ordered, It works well, the delivery was the next working day, unfortunately this was to the billing address, and not the delivery address as I requested, but apart from that I'am happy with this service.
