I have no idea what has happened since you were brought out, but the wheel has totally fallen off, awful communication, no dispatch notices, in fact you cancelled the order and then refunded the cost and didn't inform us of that either, it was only when I called and was also told you can longer order over the phone... and my order was cancelled and that I can't even order this battery again although it is in stock... and if I order something else there is no guarantee that will work either... What has become of what was a 5 star company with amazing service. You have gone into the dark age. Seriously, what are you doing folks ?
