The battery, the price & the speed of delivery were all fine. However, the battery was packed with a large volume of polystyrene. This material cannot be recycled and is therefore very bad for the environment. Moreover, the sheer volume of the stuff filled up half of my wheelie bin, which was irritating. There are now many environmentally-friendly alternatives to polystyrene, which Tanya ought to use. For this reason, and this reason alone, I will not be using this company again.

Fitted and works well straight out of packaging. ( dont forget to remove the vent plugs) Should have ordered the 896 version ( for the C600H) as this matched existing battery, this version just has terminals around the opposite way.
