Paid extra £1.99 for next day delivery and it arrived in the morning. Very well packaged except - the transit plug was not fitted which resulted in some leakage into inner packaging thankfully waterproof. The outer packaging warned that plug was to be removed immediately on receipt. I opened it on damp grass outside my motorhome and did not immediately realise I had acid on my hands. No acid had escaped the inner ziplock bag. The battery breather pipe was fitted with a transit plug clipped to the side of it. It was rather disappointing that a specialist battery supplier fell down on a fundamental despite the otherwise excellent packaging. The battery is supposed to be transparent honestly I could not tell if there was a cell low on acid or not. I do not have a battery top key - I really need one to check levels

Service from tanya was excellent. However, I am unsure of the Banner leisure battery itself. Easily damaged it would seem to me. Never let it run down, it doesn't recover in my experience

Great battery but lousy delivery carrier. Paid extra for next day delivery. Arrived day late. Claimed we weren't at home then changed his mind to "hand held" instrument was faulty. Tayna checked and found his "tracking" proved he never came close to my house. Tayna staff good to deal with. Just ditch your carrier. Received no refund for the extra carriage cost.

First class battery for caravan. I considered gel but thought I might run into charging difficulties having read up a little. Also I'm not sure if the floating charge indicator such as I had on my last (very good) Yuasa was much help as it only indicates the state of a single cell.
