Good service, price and delivery were exactly as advertised and prompt. Not a 5 as there were no instructions with the delivered battery confirming that it was charged and ready for use and packaging was a bit odd as if it had been cobbled together. Maybe because this was a large battery and didn't fit standard boxes?

Since the Numax battery wasn't available upon delivery, I was given the more expensive Varta at no extra cost. That's proper customer service and I hope that Tayna will keep it up.

I bought this car 18 months ago, after a week the battery went flat. I bought a new battery from Jaguar & had the charging system checked out, 2 cells had failed. Total cost was £195.battery flat again. Bought and fitted Numex battery, cost under £75, price of tank of fuel, 'nuff said...
