Many thanks for the battery which arrived by lunchtime the day after I ordered it. Unfortunately the numpty who delivered it, ignored the "this way up" arrows and left the parcel on its side. However after an email to your office (whilst your office was closed for lunch), you were very quick (20 mins) to ring me and reassure me that the battery would be ok. Many thanks for a first class product and service, I will certainly use you again (I have 6 ageing vehicles) and recommend to my customers and friends.
