Never received battery thanks to Yodel non delivery. Took best part of 1 week to receive refund due to bank holiday weekend, although should have refunded a lot quicker i feel. Will not now deal with any buyer that uses Yodel as they have let me down once too often.

For the price the battery is very good and my car is on the road again and if we consider that it has a shelf life of 3 years then we can consider it as excellent.

Apart from the posts being wrong way round for the car (it still fitted) the battery came FULLY CHARGED. The battery was very well packed. I would wholeheartedly recommend TAYNA BATTERIES TO ANYONE!

The first battery we received needed a jump start. After a one hour drive the vehicle started ok the following morning. After being parked for 2-3 hours the battery would not start the car. Th AA was called and the mechanic carried out a series of tests and the mechanics report stated that the battery was not holding a charge and should be replaced. I called your after sales department and explained the situation. I was informed that a replacement battery would be sent out and to return the first battery in its original packaging. Excelent after sales service.Thank you

Bought battery for my dad unfortunately was the wrong one i phoned custormer services they couldnt have been more helpfull they changed my battery for the right one they even deliverd it to my home the next day and took the other one back excellent service would highley recomend
