Always excellent service from Tayna. Had problem with this particular battery which was resolved within the hour of reporting the fault. The faulty battery was picked up and the replacement delivered within 36hrs .No inquest, no fuss, I have purchased several batteries from Tayna and this is is the first problem I have had. I will continue to use Tayna for all my battery requirements because of their excellent sales and after-sales service .(and are cheaper than my local motor factor !)

Battery seems fine but the delivery service from the courier was not so good. Wasted 2 days waiting in for a delivery that did not happen, finally arrived 3 days late. If I had known I woukd have shopped locally but previously Tanya delivered within 24 hours when they used DHL. Disappointing and comms from Tanya were poor, twice promised an update but this never came.
