Very pleased with the speed of delivery from Tayna. A cell in my previous battery died just a few days before Christmas, and even Amazon Prime would not guarantee delivery in time for me to travel home. Called Tayna late on a Saturday and still got through to a very helpful gentleman who assured me they would dispatch by the next day with a courier, and the parcel did indeed arrive midday on the Monday. Purchasing from Tayna and fitting myself was a third of the cost of going with my breakdown provider. No complaints; fitted the battery and drove home the same afternoon.
