In essence, the service has been exceptional. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 is because of their policy. On that note, please do bear in mind that if you have an issue the battery will need to be returned, even if you do go out of your way to purchase a volt meter and submit reading as per request. You could potentially be without battery (vehicle) for some time. A pitfall of online shopping. The issue was resolved swiftly. Would I recommend Tayna Ltd? most definitely! Would I use Tayna Ltd again? Without a shadow of a doubt. Many thanks Tayna Ltd.

I bought 4 of these batteries to power the electric fence around my horses field. 1 stopped charging, i contacted the seller who sent me info on how to reset the battery, this didnt work so i contacted him again. He replied stating i shouldnt be using a car battery on an electric fence even though Amazon showed it as bought together with a fence energizer and fence tape, i sent a screen shot of that recommendation to the seller, he said he has no control over what Amazon recommends, this type of battery was also recommended my energizer. But there you go, ive bought 4, 1 is now faulty and seller not interested in exchanging, i wont be purchasing from h8m again, and definitely wont be recommending. Very disappointed
