Email enquiry answered promptly (unlike competitor) and battery received next day, though this wasn't critical. And with Tayna at least you know how much delivery really costs (to be honest thought this was a bit steep though overall cost in line with what others are charging).

Had the battery for about 3 weeks, has been used a lot for short journeys and for one only 20min trip. seems to be holding up well on delivery charge state. Tanya service does what it says on the tin. It now depends on the 4year warranty/guarantee which I hope not to have to use. Very Satisfied so far.

We can't speak highly enough of the service we received from Tayna when we needed a new battery for our Honda. It only took a couple of days to be delivered to our doorstep and we are not living on mainland UK. The quality of the battery can't be beaten for the price and we are very happy indeed with the excellent service given by Tayna. Good product, good price. Experiance with Tanya previously tarnished by their using a cowboy delivery service. The battery stayed at their nearest depot for a week without being delivered. When eventually contacted, Tayna sent a replacement by a reputable courier which arrived the next day. Reputation retrieved!
