Battery arrived packed in non recyclable polystyrene. Battery fitted car but my OEM (Yuasa) vent tube didn't fit the Varta. Tanya Support non existent with 'Sorry we can't help you". Had to search for and find a vent tube from another battery supplier - who i shall be using next time I need a battery.

Swift, efficient service. The battery was well packaged and included a brief note which emphasised the essential requirement to remove vent plugs before charging the battery. Failure to remove vent plugs had been the case of my previous (non-Tayna) battery failure.

Perfect fit for OEM replacement, so far it does the job perfectly but only been in use for a few weeks. Time will tell, the original battery lasted 9 years!
