Received excellent advice when originally ordering the product. The product became faulty after about 10 months in service but the After Sales Service I received was absolutely FANTASTIC. Fault was acknowledged and accepted within minutes and replacement delivered without delay. Absolutely no quibbles. Highly recommend and have, and will, use them again.

The first battery failed after a couple of months this could have been the start of a nightmare, but I phoned the customer support team and they were absolutely first class. I had a replacement battery back in my car within a few days. I can't praise them enough, it's so refreshing to have first class service, especially during the covid-19 lockdown. I have bought my motorcycle battery from them as well now. Thank you Tayna.

Used to replace a failed battery in my 2001 Land Rover TD5 and it worked well for a while until a couple of cold nights left the battery too low to start the car and needed a recharge indoors to get it back to health. In the end I switched it out for an Odyssey1500DT which was flawless.
