Batteries delivered were not as ordered. Poor quality lucas batteries delivered instead of MK batteries ordered and charged for. Poor response to my complaint that the batteries were not as ordered. Would not order from Tayna again.

Tayna Batteries appear to have a reputation for excellent service; I have now used them three times for batteries for my mobility scooters and can only confirm this with as much emphasis as possible. My latest purchase of two 45Ah batteries seemed to be delivered almost before I had placed the order! This is similar to the service I have received every time I have used them. Congratulations! This is the sort of service we would like to get from the internet, and Tayna Batteries, in my experience, certainly provide same.
