Bought for a UPS about 2yrs 2 months ago. It has been disconnected for about 7 months and only dropped to 12.54v. While it is not CCA rated it still tests at 134cca which is good for such a small battery. Expected life on these is stated as 3-5 years and in my experience (I have 5 UPS with 8 of these) that is about right. Please to see Tayna taking an interest in something purchased two years ago - pleased with customer service from Tayna.

It is, of course, entirely impossible to review a battery. It's a battery, it fits because they are standardised sizes and, it works, because batteries have but one job :) I can say however that the company that supplied my battery are to be admired and congratulated for ignoring all the nonsense related to delivering products to Scotland. They did not bat an eyelid and simply went through their normal customer process and it worked beautifully. We, in Scotland, are heartily fed up of all this rubbish. Send your products by Royal Mail. They have a depot in almost every town and village in the country and they do not need to rely on over priced, poorly run, courier companies who artificially inflate prices to some more remote areas just because they are slightly further away from the main base of operations.

I have given this battery 4 stars although it will merit a fifth if it lasts well. It is the power source in a UPS for a garage door and performs well at the moment. Its (identical) predecessor's life was quite short but I do not know what state it was in when it was installed. This one will hopefully be better.

Great service again from these guys. These were replacements for failed batteries in my UPS. Importantly, I was sent a matched pair of these batteries. UPS is working perfectly again.

I had a Power Inspired VIS2000B UPS that would just immediately turn off whenever the power went out. The choice was to either buy a new UPS or buy some new batteries and see if it made a difference. These were the closest match i could find to the original batteriers which were NPW53-12 but they worked perfectly, restored the UPS to fully working again and saved me about £200 over the cost of a new UPS. Very happy!

Bank holiday weekend the power goes off and the ups that supports our router, modem, wireless access point keels over and dies. Batteries don't last forever so time for a new one. As soon as power was on again I had the dead battery out, this was exactly the same item so put it on next day delivery,. It arrived first day back. It's not the battery itself but the service. that's so good. Clear picture and description on the website so you can be confident you're getting the right one, next working day delivery, can't ask for more.
