proper job (said in westcountry accent). to be honest i first tried to shop locally and get a car battery from one of the many local stockists but after 18 phone calls to various garages and the purchase of a battery charger to attempt and get my old battery back in charge, i gave up! Your prices are lower than all of my local garages by far! The service provided (post/packaging) was very fast and well presented. Thankyou very much!!!

Battery is great and works just fine. The person I spoke to on the phone about technical queries (the battery was not for a car) was brusque and clearly has poor interpersonal skills. He needs to go on a customer relations course, preferably a long one.
