No matter how good a product is it’s only as good as those supplying it. I’ve been a customer of Tayna Batteries for a decade and more; I trust their integrity and service. This charger failed; which surprised me. The logic failed within 12 months; nothing is perfect. The important thing is that Tayna immediately replaced it. It would have been better if they refunded the return postage but they didn’t delay so the inconvenience was mitigated. The charger, when working does the job it’s intended to do, it’s clearly well built but reliability seems to be an issue. So long as Tayna continues to provide their excellent customer service then any product they sell has to be considered high quality.
