Company is first class to communicate with as I had some questions about the product and was all dealt with very quickly. The battery looks great but can’t comment just yet as haven’t used it but I’m sure it’s fine

Service is second to non, order to delivery was about 20 hours. That's first class in my book. However the brand new battery was probably 7 years old. I say this because there are scratch off year and months so that the fitting date can be identified. On the battery supplied the year markers went from 2015 to 2020 and I received the battery in December 2022 so probably 7 years from manufacture. I don't know if this is usual or even detrimental to the life of the battery, it still had a good charge but took 22 hours to top up to full. Its now fitted on my caravan so we will have to see how it performs when i next use the motor mover. Maybe Tayna can let me know if this is standard procedure to supply batteries that have been on the shelf for that long.

The battery arrived on time ( very quick service), it was packed extremely well and fully charged when it arrived. It is now fitted in the caravan and in use. Very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Tayna Batteries to everyone, I have always had excellent service from them.

This is a nice beefy cat a battery which is perfect for off grid use. Well packaged and quick delivery and cheaper than caravan dealerships that charge you the same price for cat c batteries.

I visited Tayna Batteries web pages to compare prices and found an identical size and power to the one I have used. Size critical due to a ‘compact’ locker and motor move fitted. I called and spoke to an extremely helpful lady who asked the right questions re size, dimensions and connections. As next day delivery was not an option to me, (hospital visits) the day after that was agreed. The battery was delivered on time, very well packaged and secure. Fitted perfectly! Very good service with very helpful staff. Will use Tayna Batteries again.
