Good value for money battery, thank you for prompt delivery. A couple of small points through. The warning label about the vent plug seal does not come off cleanly, It needs a different adhesive. Secondly, there were no charging instruction with the battery or printed on the box.

Arrive timeously in good nick. Obviously, I haven't had it long enough to evaluate its longevity but everything else about it seems good. Precisely as specked. A pleasure doing business with this company. I should note they took the time to check with me that I was comfortable with the order, wait while I checked again and still dispatched as promised. I would suggest they could teach others about customer service. Very happy customer.

Brilliant service from Tayna - Ordered on Thursday 2pm and delivered on Friday at 11:30am - well under 24 hours from order to doorstep. The battery was exactly as described and well packed and padded. It was also sealed in a heavy duty bag. All I had to do was unpack and fit - no messing about with acid to commission the battery either. I think there was a bit of acid inside the bag and round the terminals, possibly from Tayna's initial filling but a quick wipe of the battery with a wet cloth was all that was needed to clean it off - I'd have done that anyway if I'd been filling the battery. I would definitely recommend and use Tayna again - I can't fault the service.

Removed plugs immediately upon receipt, charged battery IAW accompanying info sheet using smart charger. After charging is complete, battery is only producing 12.73V, somewhat disappointing for a brand new unit.
