I followed instructions to the letter before fitting , battery worked fine but after a break of just 2 days battery is flat . Your helpline suggested using jump leads and another battery and a charger but I shouldn't have to do this on a new battery . I now have to buy jump leads but I have no confidence in this item ,I don't ride my bike everyday but just like my car I would expect the battery to hold charge for at least 48 hours ? I do not believe this product is fit for purpose, and I cannot risk having to jump start my bike everytime I want to use it so have no option but to replace with a more realiable brand . As a Welshman I'm disappointed I can't endorse your products or customer service .

bought as a replacement for old Varta battery fitted to my 1976 Moto-guzzi 850 t3 Chosen for balance between cost £53.00 and power 310 cca (i would have liked more cca} but to increase by 80 additional amps almost doubled the price to £96.00 Battery fitted straight in- after filling with fluid and a 4 hour low amp charge standing voltage was 12.79v spins motor well under current conditions- will reserve final judgement until i see how it copes with lower temps in winter seams to be a good product at a fair price the only unknown is how long it will last and continue to perform If it lasts three years or more it will represent great value-so far so good. 4 stars out of five because of cca capacity would have rated 5 if cca was above 350.

Very helpful when I rang to find correct battery and easy to order. Unfortunately you used yodel to deliver who are useless. Eventually arrived after I contacted them several times nearly a week late. They can never say when it will be delivered. Every other courier company find us easily, yodel never do and often leave packages with neighbours or empty houses

Battery seems really good plenty of power to turn single cylinder engine over from cold. Slight criticsm battery has no identifying label stating power output ie 30ah or Cca rating . Service from company and delivery 5 star.
