Having used Varta batteries before I knew that I would be getting what I paid for. The service from Tayna was first class. I ordered the battery on the Friday and for just £1 extra it was delivered on Saturday with no hassle at all. I know where to go in the future!

The only reason I am not giving the 5 star review is that once again I am strongly penalized for living in the North of Scotland. The delivery charge of 15.00+ was way over the top, after all I live on the mainland just 3hrs north of Glasgow. not in the outer Hebrides.

Battery was fine, delivery speed good, price very good; packaging awful due to polystyrene, as previously complained about. It should be banned! Can't be recycled, it's messy, won't biodegrade and there are better alternatives. I shall be questioning packaging before I buy from you again. If polystyrene, I won't be buying from you, even if it costs a bit more from someeone else.
