Purchased as a replacement. For my tired genuine battery. Through no fault of Tayna the battery I purchsed arrived with some damage. One phone call to Tayna and the issue was resolved. New battery arrived next day. Fits and works perfectly Well done Tayna. Would definitely use your services again

I have used this company for the supply of batteries for a number of years and on every occasion the item is perfect and it actually fits the machine that I purchased it for. This is not always the case with other suppliers who have blamed me for them supplying the wrong battery. The battery arrived fully charged and ready to fit on the very next day after I ordered it, I cannot give them any more than 5 Stars but if I could it would be a 10 from me for sure. A big thank you to all concerned at the best battery company in the UK.
