I bought 2 as a 24v bench supply. One just doesn’t work. It’s about to be replaced. Duff battery isn’t their fault, but the response is first class

Product is great. Keeps charge better than the 'dealer supplied' battery I replaced with this one. Delivery was a snafu though, with Yodel emailing saying I was not available for delivery when I was. I immediately ran down the street to find the delivery man a block down the road. Contrary to what they claimed in the "failed delivery" email, they left no card and didn't even buzz my door, so apart from the delivery issues, the product is great.
