Although the battery is excellent, Tanya advertised it completely incorrectly. It left me having to return it at my own expense even though it was advertised as the one I needed. We’re does this leave the customer?

I purchased this battery from your 'equivalent' list of alternative batteries for an OEM Harley Davidson F19 battery (dead after just two years). As the PTX14 was listed as an 'equivalent' to an F19, I then purchased it on the basis of price. Despite being a functional battery straight out of the box, the problem is that the PTX14 terminals were the reverse to the F19, consequently I am unable to fit the battery to my Harley. I should have paid more attention and will take full responsibility for my selection. However I can advise you, from current experience, that the PTX14-BS battery is DEFINITELY NOT an equivalent to a Harley Davidson F19.
