Fantastic service from start to finish. I ordered the battery on a Sunday night collected it from a local collection point on the Monday afternoon . It arrived well packed fully charged and ready to fit couldn't ask for more .

Slightly disappointed that the battery couldn't be delivered to a local collection depot so that I wouldn't have had to stay in for it, and could have gone to pick it up at a time convenient to me.

Sadly, a very disappointing product. I’d give zero stars if that was available! I bought this battery in October last year and I started losing charge a few months ago. With it being such a new battery I didn’t expect the issue to be the battery and just kept my bike in trickle charge when not in use but eventually it broke down a few weeks ago, I had to be recovered to the garage and my mechanic had to replace it. I sent a query in via the contact section on the website to see if the warranty could be honoured even though it is just outside the 12 month warranty but heard nothing for a few weeks so called up to check. As it is outside warranty nothing can be done but the reason for the low rating is that the battery clearly was giving me problems within 12 months and this should not have happened. I bought it as it’s a highly rated product and have never had such a short lived battery. Not always good to assume new products aren’t problematic! Very disappointing.
