The battery arrived on the day expected and was packaged and protected extremely well. I tested the battery and it showed 100% healthy and 98% charged upon deivery. Fitted straightaway on our touring caravan and I’m pleased with the battery. Obviously haven’t been able to test its resilience yet. I’ve given 5 starts as I had cause to contact the company post delivery and their customer services responded within 10 minutes and were completely able to resolve my issue. Would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I have used Tayna for a few battery purchases and the service is generally prompt. I haven't as yet explored Tayna's ethical credentials , but hope that batteries are quality assured to ensure those that amake and supply them work in ethically sound circumstances, with appropriate health and safety, good working conditions and sufficient wages on which to live. Times have changed.....
