How long will delivery take?

We know how important it is to get you back on the road quickly when your battery fails. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days. If you order before 5pm, we’ll do our best to dispatch your order the same day, but please note this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.

But I live in the middle of nowhere...

Delivery to outlying areas such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc can in some cases take an extra day or two to reach you. You can always track your item to see where it is.

Which couriers do you use?

We use a selection of couriers. Our system takes customer feedback from customers local to you into account when selecting the appropriate courier to deliver to you. Where we've previously had problems in your local area with a particular courier we'll avoid using them again.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! In most cases we send full tracking details by email along with the courier telephone number.
