Like the other reviewer from Inverness I've just been reunited with a Uher 4000 Report IC professional tape recorder (1975 vintage) which has been in my friends loft for 30 years! - and this battery, once you flatten the terminals, is a perfect replacement for the original, long-dead Uher ni-cad. A little advice from the user manual is that you must use the grey coloured Uher K 713 charging connecting cable, NOT the red coloured Uher K 714 charging connecting cable as you will damage the new battery! As the other purchaser said the Yuasa battery is an excellent product, coupled with very professional and prompt service from Tayna. Thank you!
