Excellent service. Ordered the battery at 10 30 pm on the Teusday and it was delivered on the Thursday 10 30 am. Charged the battery for 4 hours, put it in the bike, fired up no problems.

I have had to rate you a 1 star because I never received the battery in question, I have no doubts in my mind that you sent out the item and its a shame to have to down rate you when its the parcel delivery service you used ( yodel) who are to blame and are completely incompetent , they never once knocked our door ( or left any calling cards ) with this battery and then told you we had refused this item ( totally not true ) sorry for the low rating but what else can I do ? we never received the battery in the first place
