This was the second of these chargers I had ordered. This was ordered as I thought I had lost the first one, having searched high and low for it. Amazingly it turned up just as I had placed the order for the replacement. Your staff were amazingly efficient in managing to trace and stop the order. Sorry about the lost business on this occasion, but I will certainly use Tayna for any future purchases. Thanks a million

Bought a "foreign" and "value " charger for my wife's mobility scooter when I replaced the two 12volt 2 amp batteries ; the batteries were 'blown' and the originals that had given sterling service over the years . Felt that the charger was also in need of change as not certain that it was contributing to the demise of the batteries as well. After several months of the scooter only doing a half mile or a bit more maybe and having to help get it back to the car more than enough , thought the batteries were at fault , so after checking them with my multimeter I knew they were fine , when the charger went 'phut' the next time I connected it then that was the tipping point ......so did a bit more research and opted for a trusted brand and one of the best ......not disappointed , the charger does exactly as it was designed to do and has rejuvenated the scooter totally ......the moral is .....If you want it work then do not go value or cheap , not worth the time or money . Excellent product and super delivery and with total clarity all the way from ordering to plugging it in , THANKS .

This is a good quality item much better than supplied with most small scooters. It states it is a 2amp charger and it is, I've tested it! (All chargers reduce their output as the batteries charge and the charger passes through it's different stages by design). This is a good quality item.
