The battery was fine, but the delivery service was poor. First they failed to deliver on the day promised, the courier said they left a card which they did not, someone was at home the entire day. I then rescheduled the delivery to my office, the courier then placed the battery in the communal area of the building and made no attempt to find my office, they then faked a signature for delivery. I only found the battery by chance.
