This battery was starting to play up. Cranking a bit slow and hints of a cracked plate. The application was a car with 2L diesel engine. Then I looked at the purchase date - almost 6 years back. Going for the same model as replacement was an obvious choice. Known brand, proven life and no surprises with fixings and size.

This battery is really excellent. Had the previous one for 5 years and started every time until I left it drained for an extended period. So i bought an identical item.
