It was an easy process ordering my new Bosch car battery on line from Tanya Batteries. The battery arrived the following day at the time I was given.It was well packaged and I can only say the service was excellent. I will definitely use this company again and I would definitely recommend Them too. Thank you.

Battery and Price good. Delivery courier and customer services not so good. Courier kept trying to deliver outside of business hours to a business address. Got the run around between Courier and Tayna. Customer services lady not that helpful and tried to blame me for not informing them at the point of order that it had to be delivered between 8am-5pm. Surely that's a big enough window! I don't recall being asked about the delivery window when ordering online. After the first failed delivery I informed them on the 2nd morning as they were going to try and deliver outside of business hours again. The customer service lady was bordering on rude making out it was the customers fault. Battery arrived on the third day, within business hours. Majority of the fault lies with the courier, but the customer service ladies attitude didn't help!

Original varta battery fitted to car started to fail after 6 years so looked for a replacement. Lots of companies selling batteries but found Tayna site was very informative in helping to select correct replacement and prices were excellent. Went with a Bosch battery as they are recognised as being good quality and didn’t want to have to replace again in a couple of years. Battery arrived very quickly and very well packaged. It dropped straight in and is working well. This was a slight upgrade as original battery was only 36Ahr and the Bosch is 44Ahr....so a little more oomph on cold mornings. So far so very good?.

Sorry to have to give negative feedback, but… I searched on eBay for a battery suitable for my car (the exact model). Tayna batteries specified and delivered a battery type totally unsuitable for my car, or indeed any model variation of my car. I then had the expense £12.00+ and hassle of sending the battery back. They say I should have checked, I say if their advert says it’s suitable then it should be!
