Top quality service. Battery arrived by courier and was securely packaged. I would highly recommend this company. As the battery was heavy duty it was 38mm longer than factory fitted one but it still fitted into battery compartment.

What a fantastic service. Ordered just before 4pm on Thursday and arrived at 2:30pm on Friday!! Car up and running again by 3pm. I will no doubt use Tayna again when I next need a battery.

Faultless service from Tayna, battery arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. Big problem with courier who didn't even try to find my house and delivered the battery a considerable distance away at a "neighbour's" house. I didn't appreciate having to locate and carry the thing home as I'm quite old!! Would definitely order again, the 4-star rating is not a reflection on Tayna but a criticism of the courier who didn't respond to my complaint, BTW.
