Always a bit sceptical ordering online but have been 100% satisfied with all aspects of the service. My initial contact was when I phoned on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised that someone actually answered the phone - they deserve to get business just for that fact. I knew what I wanted and the ordering process was easy and quick. Tracking of goods was superb and they arrived very well packaged and within the 1 hour time slot. Price was the best and I'd rather deal with a smaller company than one of the big retail outlets who's customer service falls away once they have your money. I've failed to have guarantees honoured by most of the large retailers over the years ! Would I use them again ? Of course and will recommend them to all my firends in the many motor clubs I belong to. Lets hope they maintain their attitudes and don't get comlacent..

Battery arrived safely, well packed and promptly, fitted perfectly under the drivers seat of my van and she started right up, have left It parked with the alarm on for a week and still plenty of power to start.

Excellent quality and the packaging and safety in the dispatch / delivery is commendable. The attention to detail and safety is truly industry leading. I cannot fault the process as I was skeptical about buying a battery on line but the whole process has been very well thought through well done.
